Tracks Guarantee – Shop with confidence

If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase from Tracksformations we will help. If your purchase is the wrong size or doesn't fit, then Tracksformations will swap it for another size in the same or an equivalent product, and pay the shipping cost to get the replacement to you. If you have just changed your mind about your purchase then Tracksformations will refund your purchase, no questions asked. Conditions do apply.

Tracks Guarantee Conditions:

• The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost of the item to Tracksformations.
• Shipping costs are not refundable.
• The goods must be received back in a resell able condition and must not have been worn or used for any purposes other than trial fitting.
• Tracksformations is not responsible for damaged or lost goods in return transit from the customer to our warehouse.
• All returns under Tracks Guarantee must first be approved by a customer service representative and the return goods must be accompanied by a return authority form.
• All returns must be received by Tracksformations with 30 days of invoice date, goods must be returned before replacements will be dispatched.
• Tracks Guarantee does not apply to items sold on special or clearance.
